I somehow forgot the whole point of writing that last blog...My weigh in last night was excellent! 1.6 lbs!! This brings me down a grand total of 36 lbs and I got my first 5 lb star in almost 4 months!! It took me a while but I did it & I'm working towards my next 5 lbs and to finally be in the 180s for the first time since Jr. High!!

I also lost 1.6lbs this week... this is not the first time that we are in sync with our weightloss
