That's for all you guys, my fellow bloggers, supporters & friends who literally helped me out this morning.
Because of you I went to the gym. Literally.
I woke up early again, planning on going, but could not get myself to get up. Even getting up to go to the bathroom wasn't enough to motivate me to keep going, get dressed, etc.
It wasn't until I checked my emails through my phone (in bed with eyes half closed), and saw the comments on my blog yesterday motivating me to keep going with the morning workouts. They made me smile, and it was 100% because of those comments that I got myself out of bed and got to the gym.
So thank you.
